Terms of Service

By accessing or using TradexMarket ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TradexMarket Ltd, a company registered under the laws of Nigeria.

To use TradexMarket, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Be a legal resident or citizen of Nigeria

• Possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN)

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

• Not be prohibited from trading under any applicable Nigerian law

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements above.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide truthful registration information

• Maintain and update your account information

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

TradexMarket reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.

TradexMarket is a prediction trading platform. Users may trade on the outcomes of real-world events through YES/NO market contracts. All markets are created, managed, and resolved by TradexMarket or designated market creators.

Market resolution is final. The platform uses Logarithmic Market Scoring Rule (LMSR) for odds calculation, which ensures fair, automated price discovery for all traders.

All trades on TradexMarket:

• Are settled in Nigerian Naira (₦)

• Use real-time LMSR odds that update with every trade

• Have defined closing dates and resolution criteria

• Are subject to a platform fee of up to 3% on winnings

Trading involves risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.

TradexMarket provides an integrated wallet for depositing, trading, and withdrawing Nigerian Naira.

• Deposits are processed via Paystack and Flutterwave

• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days

• Minimum deposit: ₦1,000

• Minimum withdrawal: ₦2,000

• TradexMarket does not hold or invest user funds

All deposits are held in segregated accounts and are not used for platform operations.

The Deals Marketplace enables users to buy and sell high-value assets using TradexMarket's escrow service. TradexMarket acts as a neutral escrow agent:

• Funds are locked upon deal agreement

• Both parties must digitally sign the consent before funds release

• Disputes are mediated by TradexMarket admins

• Admin decisions on disputes are final and binding

• Escrow fees: 1.5% of deal value (charged to buyer at listing)

Users may not:

• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

• Manipulate market prices through collusion

• Use automated bots or scripts without authorization

• Launder money or conduct fraudulent transactions

• Share account access with unauthorized persons

• Circumvent platform security measures

• Engage in any activity that violates applicable Nigerian law

Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

All content, features, and functionality of TradexMarket, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and market data, are owned by TradexMarket Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal trading purposes only.

TradexMarket is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy of market odds or predictions

• Continuous, uninterrupted platform availability

• The outcome of any prediction trade

• The financial performance of any trading strategy

Prediction trading is inherently speculative. TradexMarket is not a licensed financial advisor.

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, TradexMarket Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses incurred on the platform

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

• Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount deposited in your wallet at the time of the event.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

For consumer disputes, users may also contact the Consumer Protection Council (CPC) of Nigeria.

TradexMarket reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
